All products will be will be dispatched the same day for both next day delivery options, and the following day for standard delivery, unless Next Day delivery is requested, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are excluded as normal working days

You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift-wrapping (if applicable). For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged once for delivery.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery within the UK and Mainland

• Standard Delivery £5.95 up to 15kg Incl: VAT
• Over and above 15kg additional charges will be charged at £0.85p per Kilogram.
• Delivery 2-4 working days from dispatch Monday through Friday and be to a delivery address within the UK.

Deliveries must be signed for and certain destinations may take a little longer.

International Delivery:

If you would like an order delivered outside the UK please either call us on +44 020 7257 6217 or email us at customerservice@jusslondon.com We will provide you with a quote and if you are happy to proceed will process your order over the phone.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. JUSS LTD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellation & Returns:

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, by fax or by email, within seven days of receipt of your order.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.
